Design and build DeFi mechanisms and onchain financial products with rigorous incentive and oracle analysis.
This is our heaviest engineering role, and the most fun if you enjoy arguing with incentives. You'd build on-chain financial mechanisms such as lending, collateral, and reputation-gated limits, along with the interfaces to operate them. The real problem usually sits upstream of the contract: how does it learn an off-chain value it can trust, how do you keep that value from going stale, and what stops someone manufacturing it cheaply and borrowing against it? Oracle, signed attestation, on-chain proof, whatever you choose, we'll want the trust assumption written down. We respect the answer "this shouldn't exist as described" when the numbers back it up, as long as you still ship the slice. Strong Solidity and a real feel for DeFi risk are the baseline.
Antfarm builds verifiable Web3 infrastructure for digital assets and the developers who work on them. Antfarm Finance automates portfolio and liquidity management on-chain, and this site is the public governance and transparency layer around the wider ecosystem.
The stack leans on Next.js, React, and TypeScript up front, Node.js services with MongoDB and PostgreSQL behind them, Solidity with Foundry and Hardhat on-chain, and Rust for the indexers that keep everything fed.
We are small, remote, and early. Decisions get written down, engineers and designers own features end to end instead of passing them over a wall, and we hire on what you can actually build rather than where you have worked.
